Ebb & Flow Counseling and Wellness

We offer counseling and wellness services to the Greater Cleveland area. This space was created by Rachel Waggoner, LPCC-S to be a welcoming, creative, progressive space to help treat you and your symptoms on a holistic level. The goal of these counseling and wellness services is to progress with therapy by using new and relevant interventions/techniques to help you navigate through your life. Ebb & Flow is a studio meant to open up space and to promote exploration while helping to navigate the ebbs and flows of life. Through this website you will find several different tools to begin or continue your exploration. The ideal way to use these services is first the desire for exploration into your life or the present problem. From there, all you need is open, honest, vulnerability. As a space, Ebb & Flow will help to provide you with holistic healing from a variety of therapy services provided by our talented clinicians to integrative wellness courses such as wellness groups. NAMI Greater Cleveland

Helpline: (216) 875-7776 | Office Phone: (216) 875-0266 | NAMI GC is a local affiliate of NAMI with approximately 800 peer, family, professional and organizational members. We provide support to those with serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, clinical depression and anxiety disorders and their family members. We offer a variety of free support groups, education programs, information and referral, and advocacy. Volunteer peers and family members provide almost all of the services at NAMI GC.

Life Exchange Center

Phone: (216) 752-1269 | Life Exchange Center (LEC) is an ODMHAS certified consumer-operated peer support drop-in center. It is a beacon of hope and recovery from individuals with mental health/substance use issues. The Center is designed to assist with the recovery process by providing social support, educational programs, and life skills training for individuals in recovery. It is the center of its kind on the east side of Cuyahoga County. In 2011 the LEC became incorporated as a not-for-profit business. LEC is governed by a Board of Directors of whom more than one-half have a personal relationship with mental health/substance use issues either as a consumer of services or as a family member of someone who is a consumer. The day-to-day operations are managed and carried out by certified peer support staff all of whom are in recovery from mental health/substance use issues. Consumers are called members by this agency to signify that they have a formal role in developing and managing the agency’s programs.
